This "digital brain" analyzes the outside weather conditions. If the internal silo temperature has risen and the outside air is suitable, Motor Control Panels intervene and automatically start the fans. This "smart aeration" management prevents grain from burning or molding while preventing unnecessary energy consumption. This entire process is monitored and managed from a single screen via the SCADA system in the facility's control room.
Infrastructure Resistant to Dust and Harsh Conditions Silo fields are one of the toughest environments for electrical panels. Intense dust, changing air temperatures, and vibration shorten the life of standard panels. In these projects, we produce solutions with high dust tightness (IP protection class) and type-tested panel manufacturing standards. While we prefer cabinets with proven sealing such as Tempa Pano or Rittal Pano for the outer body of the panels; we use Siemens Sivacon S8 Panels or Siemens Alpha Panels infrastructure for more compact structures in the internal hardware. Energy Efficiency and Conveyor Management In a silo facility, not only storage but also product transfer is critical. The line extending from truck intake pits to elevators and then to chain conveyors must work synchronously.
