1. Project and Design Phase Based on the customer's requirements (power rating, IP protection class, type test needs, PLC integration, etc.), single-line diagrams and layout plans are prepared. Electrical and mechanical design is carried out using Eplan or similar software.

3. Sheet Metal Processing and Painting In our 1,500 m² modern facility, CNC machines perform cutting, punching, and bending. Electrostatic powder coating ensures high corrosion resistance (RAL color options available).
4. Assembly and Wiring Busbars, cable trays, and component mounting are done meticulously. Color coding and labeling comply fully with standards.
5. Testing and Quality Control Dielectric withstand tests, insulation tests, and functional tests are performed on-site. For type-tested panels (e.g., Siemens Sivacon S8 compatible systems), necessary reports are prepared.
6. Delivery and Commissioning Panels are packaged and delivered. On request, we also provide on-site installation and commissioning services.
